While we have many Team Building concepts to choose from, much of our Team Building is custom designed to achieve the client’s desired outcomes.

Having worked with thousands of delegates over the years we know what will ‘push your team’s buttons’ especially when we are dealing with those who have had many years of corporate experience and think they have seen it all on the Team Building front.

One we are particularly proud of was our brief from Auckland Tourism Events & Economic Development (ATEED), who where responsible for training and retaining all the Rugby World Cup volunteers in Auckland. “‘We have 1700 volunteers working over a 7 week period and we need to retain them all for the duration of the tournament”. Yes, it was a big ask, but we accomplished it with a 94% positive feedback in the post tournament survey.

Another project was designing a roll out for Telecom’s Call Centre’s wellness programme in four locations nationally. The open days held for this started the programme on a solid foundation and delivered sound, measureable results.
